Sunday it’s always my relaxing day and I mean it. As much I love cooking and making new recipes I always struggle to come up with something new and yummy on Sunday.
I know I know all the excuses but hence the world give us a bit of comfort (some might call it cheating) I tend to use this to ease my life a bit.
Today I get on hold of Malaysian coconut curry cooking sauce. It’s from company Sherwood and it really is a yummy alternative to my everyday creations.
I wouldn’t be myself if I didn’t improve the taste a bit. 2 tsp of bottle Masala, p8nch of Kashmiri chilli, salt and 1 can of coconut milk.
Best of all you can put any ingredients you really fancy to make a delicious curry
Except for chicken I added potatoes, green beans and peas.
All served with quickly cooked rice in my fav pressure cooker.
